- Damaged or Defective Products: If your seeds arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For damaged or defective products, please include photos of the item(s) and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept refunds for:
- Seeds that have been opened or used.
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Customer errors, such as incorrect planting methods or failure to follow care instructions.
How to Request a Refund

- Include any supporting documentation, such as photos or videos.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days to assist you.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
